    General

    This website (including all of its webpages and domains) (“Site”) is owned by Jumeirah International LLC trading as Jumeirah, a limited liability company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with Commercial registration number 57869 and having its head office in Al Sufouh Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("We", "Our" and "Us").

    To contact us, please click here Your use of this Site indicates your irrevocable agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as may be amended by Us from time to time). If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please stop accessing and using this Site immediately.  You may only use this Site for lawful and proper purposes, which includes complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice within the Emirate of Dubai and any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing this Site.

    This Site is intended only for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless otherwise specified, you alone are solely responsible for determining whether any feature of this Site is appropriate or suitable for your requirements.

    We may, at Our sole discretion, impose limits or restrictions on the use you may make of the Site. Further, for security, technical, maintenance, legal or regulatory reasons, or due to any breach of these Terms and Conditions, We may withdraw the Site or your access to the Site, at any time and without notice to you.

    Our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which We process any personal data We collect from you, or that you provide to Us. By using the Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

    Our Cookie Policy, which sets out information about the cookies on the Site.

    Our booking terms and conditions, which set out the terms and conditions of bookings made through the Site.

    Eligibility and registration

    In order to access the Site, you must be at least 18 years old.  If you are under the age of 18 years you must have permission from your parent or guardian before accessing the Site.

    You warrant, represent and undertake that you possess the legal right and ability to access the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and, where relevant, to make purchases through the Site.

    In order to make use of certain parts of the Site you will need to register an online account with Us through this Site (“Online Account”). In order to register an Online Account, you must:

    1. provide Us with complete and accurate registration information;
    2. select a username and password (“Log-In Details”);  and
    3. ensure your use of the Site is in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws. 

    By registering an Online Account with Us you warrant, represent and undertake that:

    1. you have given complete and accurate registration information, and will keep that information updated; and
    2. your use of the Site does not violate these Terms and Conditions or breach any applicable laws. 

    You may cancel your Online Account at any time by notifying Us. We may terminate your Online Account for any or no reason, at any time, with or without notice to you and without incurring any liability to you, however that liability may arise.

    You are solely responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your Log-In Details in respect of the Site and your Online Account. Accordingly, you must take steps to protect the confidentiality of your Log-In Details. You must notify Us immediately if you become aware of any disclosure, loss, theft or unauthorised use of your Log-In Details.

    Material on the site

    All information, documents, images and other materials provided on this Site (as well as the organisation and layout of this Site) together with the underlying software code and all intellectual property rights in the Site are owned either directly by Us or by Our licensors. Without Our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any material (whether in hardcopy, electronic or any other form) on this Site or the underlying software code whether in whole or in part. Users of the Site are granted a limited license to use download, print or copy one copy of any page(s) from the Site for your own personal non-commercial use.

    You may draw the attention of others to content posted on the Site. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. You must not use any part of the content on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from Us or Our licensors.

    Any unauthorised use of this Site may result in a violation of copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communication regulations and statutes in the UAE and around the world.  All rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved. 

    User generated content

    This Site may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the Site, including social media sites and interactive features such as feedback forums (“User Generated Content”). User Generated Content has not been verified or approved by Us. The views expressed by other users on the Site do not represent Our views or values. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User Generated Content posted, stored or uploaded on the Site.

    Uploading content to the site

    By sharing any contribution on the Site (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree to grant Us, free of charge, a non-exclusive license to use the material in any way related to its purpose (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons).  You will retain copyright in your contribution. You confirm that your contribution is your own original work or that you otherwise have the right to grant Us such a license.

    Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content or contributions to the Site, or to make contact with other users of the Site, you must ensure that such content complies with the following standards:

    CONTENT MUST

    Be in English.

    Be accurate (where it states facts) and be genuinely held (where it states opinions).

    Be civil, tasteful.

    Comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and those applicable in any country from which it is posted.

    CONTENT MUST NOT

    Be unlawful or be defamatory of any person or religion, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.

    Promote sexually explicit material, violence, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.

    Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.

    Be likely to deceive any person, promote any illegal activity or contributed with the intention of causing harm.

    Threaten, abuse or invade another's privacy (by releasing private information of any third party), or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

    Amount to spam, advertising or promotional material (except where approved by Us).

    Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.

    Include unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising, contests, raffles, or solicitations.

    You warrant that any such contribution complies with those standards and you will be liable to Us and indemnify Us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage We suffer as a result of your breach of warranty. 

    Any content you upload to the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant Us and other users of the Site a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. 

    We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to the Site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy. We have the right to remove any posting you make on the Site if, in Our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards.

    You are solely responsible for securing and backing-up your content.

    Modifications

    We reserve the right to make updates to the information, services, products and other materials on this Site at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on this Site. We are under no obligation to specifically contact or notify you of any variation to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued access or use of this Site is deemed to be your irrevocable acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

    Viruses and Information Technology

    We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

    You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Site. You should use your own virus protection software.

    You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. 

    By breaching these provisions, you may be committing a criminal offence under U.A.E. and other applicable laws. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and We will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will terminate and We may cancel any bookings that you have with Us.

    Limitation of liability (responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you)

    In this section “Jumeirah” includes Us, and Our affiliated, associated and subsidiary companies, and the officers, directors, managers, shareholders or staff of Us and those companies.

    Jumeirah does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by Jumeirah’s negligence or the negligence of Jumeirah’s employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

    The content on the Site is provided for general information only. Although We make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Site, Jumeirah makes no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied that the content on the Site is accurate, complete, up to date or fit for purpose. We provide this Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, statutory or otherwise. Jumeirah specifically disclaims all implied warranties of title, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent that such disclaimers are held to be valid.

    Use of information contained on the Site is at your own risk and We are not responsible for any adverse consequences arising out of such use. Jumeirah excludes all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the Site or any content on it. Jumeirah will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

    Use of, or inability to use, the Site; or

    We do not review, monitor or endorse any third-party websites and resources linked to the Site and We are not responsible for the content of any such websites. Your access to any website that links to the Site is at your sole risk and We will not be liable for any form of loss or damage arising as a result of or in connection with your visits to such websites. 

    Any links to other websites on the Site are provided merely for the convenience of the users of this Site, and the inclusion of these links does not imply an endorsement of the linked websites or its content. In addition, you agree not to link your website or any other third party website to the Site or frame the Site as part of any other website without Our express prior written consent.

    Trade marks

    Governing law and jurisdiction

    Your use of this Site and the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. You agree, acknowledge, and submit to the Courts of Dubai having non-exclusive jurisdiction over all and any dispute or difference between us arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

    These booking terms & conditions, including any revised booking terms & conditions that we may post from time to time, state the terms & conditions under which Jumeirah (“Jumeirah”, we”, “us”, “our”) will provide hotel accommodation to you (“you”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

    1. Definitions

    1.1 Unless the context otherwise requires, any capitalised terms used in these terms and conditions have the following meanings:

    “Accommodation” means your requested hotel stay.

    “Booking” means a reservation made by you for Accommodation at the Hotel, whether made via our online reservation system or otherwise.

    “Charges” has the meaning given to it in clause 4.1.

    “Force Majeure” means an unforeseeable, unavoidable event beyond a party's reasonable control, including fire, storm, earthquake, tsunami, flood, hurricane or other act of God, explosion, casualty, strike, unavoidable accident, riot, insurrection, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, embargo, war, inability to obtain labour, materials or supplies, economic downturn, social or political factors, any outbreak of disease, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, public health restrictions, any governmental regulation, disruption to local, national or international transport services, restriction or prohibition or any other similar cause. “Hotel” means the Jumeirah hotel that is the subject of your Booking.

    “Terms and Conditions” means these booking terms and conditions, as may be amended by us from time to time.

    “Representatives” has the meaning given to it in clause 11.2.

    2. Bookings

    2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to make a Booking.

    2.2 You may make a Booking by using our online reservation system, or via other channels e.g. our call centres and travel agents. Rooms are subject to availability and any applicable taxes and/or service charges as advised during your booking process.      

    2.3 In order to secure your Booking you are required to provide a deposit depending on your applicable Accommodation rate.

    2.4 In accordance with the rules and regulations of the country, all guests have to be registered, with valid proof of identification provided (passport or national ID).

    2.5 You do not acquire the right to the availability of a specific room. Jumeirah reserves the right to substitute your Booking for a similar or a better room category at the Hotel or to relocate your Booking to another Jumeirah or non-Jumeirah hotel of the same or higher standard, at no additional cost to you, if the room category specified in your Booking is unavailable.

    2.6 Jumeirah may cancel your Booking at any time, without prejudice to any other right it may have: (a) if you are in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) for security purposes; (c) by order of the Government or any public authority; or (d) due to an event of Force Majeure.

    2Outside Shisha devices are not permitted in the hotel rooms or villas. Upon check-in, these items will be securely checked-in by our competent staff. Items can be retrieved at the time of check-out.

    3. Check-in and Check-out Times

    3.1 Jumeirah’s standard check-in time is 15:00hrs and check-out time is 12:00hrs midday. The times may slightly vary, depending on the Hotel and the rate booked. You will be advised of your exact check-in and check-out time during your Booking process.

    3.2 If you would like to extend your check-out time, please contact the reception desk.

    3.3Please note that in case you decide to depart earlier than expected, the Hotel will charge for the full stay reserved and booked unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy of your Booking.

    4. Payment

    4.1 Charges, including your outstanding Accommodation charges, if any, and any other charges, such as room service, mini-bar and any meals charged to your room (“Charges”) are payable on presentation of an invoice for such Charges (personal and Euro cheques are not accepted). You agree to be personally liable for all Charges incurred.

    4.2 At check-in you will be required to provide a security deposit equivalent to the sum of your outstanding Accommodation charges, if any, and applicable taxes for the entire stay and an additional fixed amount to cover potential incidentals as advised by the Hotel per day per room in the form of a cash deposit or credit card pre-authorization.

    4.3 Foreign currency cannot be taken as a cash deposit unless exchanged into the local currency at the existing Hotel rates and the balance returned in local currency. For credit card payment, pre authorization will be taken upon arrival and once the outstanding Charges exceed the pre authorization, the exceeding amount will be taken accordingly without prior notification. 

    4.4 All Charges have to be settled upon check-out at the latest. If for any reason you do not pay the Charges (or any part of them) upon check-out, then you acknowledge and agree that we may charge the outstanding Charges, if applicable, to your credit card without prior notification.

    4The limit for payments in cash at our UAE hotels in any currency is (i) AED 100,000 (or equivalent) for individual guests per stay; and (ii) AED 200,000 (or equivalent) for couples, families or groups per stay.

    5. Taxes

    Your Booking may be subject to fees and taxes in the relevant jurisdiction.  As a result, you will be required to pay such fees and taxes (including but not limited to VAT) as applicable and in accordance with the existing legislation or any legislation that may be introduced in the future. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with your Booking will be your responsibility.

    6. Cancellation/amendments/no-show

    6.1 Cancellations of your Booking, amendments to your Booking and/or no-shows will be charged in accordance with the applicable Jumeirah policy for your specific Accommodation and/or Accommodation rate, as advised during your Booking process.

    6.2You acknowledge and agree that, if applicable, we may charge the fee for the cancellation or amendment of your Booking and/or no-show to your credit card.

    7. Right of Refusal

    We reserve the right to refuse you or any of your visitors, entry to the Hotel and cancel your Accommodation if, on arrival, we consider that you or your visitors, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are unsuitably dressed or are behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.

    8. Your behaviour

    8.1 We reserve the right to require you or any of your visitors to immediately vacate your room, check-out and leave the Hotel premises if we consider that you are behaving (or have behaved) in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner which could trigger (or has triggered) a risk to the safety and health of other guests or staff of the Hotel or are causing (or have caused) a disturbance or annoyance to other Hotel guests or staff of the Hotel.

    8.2 You must comply, and must ensure that all of your visitors comply, with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the Hotel and notified to you, including but not limited to health and safety, security procedures and any other legal requirements.

    8.3 Under no circumstances may you take photographs of the Hotel premises to sell or for any other commercial purpose.

    8.4 With the exception of infant food or unless explicitly approved by the Hotel, neither you nor any of your visitors may bring your own food or drink into the Hotel for consumption at the Hotel.

    8.5 You may not, and must ensure that any of your visitors do not, enter areas of the Hotel which are indicated as being closed to the public.

    8.6 Please be advised that smoking is not permitted in the Hotel, except in expressly designated smoking rooms and outside areas.  A fee equivalent to USD 125 (or the equivalent amount in local currency at an exchange rate to be reasonably determined by us) for cleaning and deodorizing the room and furniture may apply for smoking in any other Hotel room. Using bukhour, candles or any form of open flame is not permitted in any Hotel room.

    8.7 Subject to Hotel’s approval and payment of a USD 125 (or the equivalent amount in local currency at an exchange rate to be reasonably determined by us) damage deposit, pets are allowed at the Hotel. Pets shall not be left unattended in your room unless notified to front office and housekeeping. Pets or other animals are not allowed at Hotel restaurants. The deposit less any deduction for damages, if applicable, will be refunded upon check-out.

    8.Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

    9. Property damage/loss

    You are responsible for any loss or damage to Hotel property, furnishings, fittings or equipment (including, without limitation, towels and linen), caused by you or by any of your visitors. Amounts required to remedy any damage caused will be charged at your sole expense in accordance with clause 4.

    10. Pools, Waterways, Water-activities

    Please be advised that the use of pools, waterways, beaches, water parks and other water activities, spas and health clubs is at your own risk. Jumeirah cannot be held responsible for any form of personal injury, loss, damage, or death caused by the usage thereof (except that nothing affects the liability of Jumeirah for death or personal injury caused by Jumeirah’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct or any other liability which may not be excluded or limited by law).

    11. Valuables

    11.1 Money, jewellery and other valuables are brought to the Hotel at your own risk and must be placed in the safe deposit box available in your room or at the reception.

    11.2 To the extent permissible by any applicable law, no responsibility is accepted by Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s legal representatives or persons used to perform an obligation of Jumeirah (including our employees, affiliates, partners and agents) (“Representatives”),  Jumeirah’s affiliates and  Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates for loss or damage to any guest property which is not placed in a safe deposit box, except where such loss or damage is caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates.

    11.3 The liability of Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates for loss or damage to any guest property which is placed in a safe deposit box shall be limited to USD 3,500 except where such loss or damage is caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates.

    1You must report any loss of or damage to your property immediately upon discovery, and must make yourself available to assist with any reports made by us to the police. Jumeirah shall have no liability to you if you fail to submit such notice immediately or you fail to assist with any reports to the police.

    12. Visitors

    For each visitor an additional occupancy charge in accordance with your applicable Accommodation rate will be added to your Accommodation charge.

    13. General

    13.1 To the extent permissible by any applicable law, Jumeirah excludes all liability and responsibility for Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates for loss or damage of whatever nature arising from or in connection with your Hotel stay, regardless of whether such loss or damage would arise in the ordinary course of events or otherwise, is reasonably foreseeable or otherwise, or is caused by any error or omission of Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates (whether negligent or not), except that nothing affects the liability of Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates for death or personal injury caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates or any other liability which may not be excluded or limited by law.

    13.2 Jumeirah will not be liable to you or any of your visitors, for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of another guest.

    13.3 Jumeirah will not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations if the failure or delay was due to an event of Force Majeure.

    13.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.

    13.5 Jumeirah's failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of the Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such rights or provisions.

    13.6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall create a contractual relationship with, or cause of action in favour of, any third party. Any rights of any third party to enforce these Terms and Conditions under any applicable legal principle, statute or otherwise are excluded.

    13.7 General words shall not be given a restrictive interpretation by reason of their being preceded or followed by words indicating a particular class of assets, matters or things.

    14. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS

    The following country specific provisions in this clause 14 will replace or supplement the provisions above.

    14.1 GERMANY

    a. Clause 2.7 shall be deleted and replaced with: “Jumeirah may cancel your Booking at any time, without prejudice to any other right it may have: (a) if the Booking is made on the basis of misleading or incorrect statements of essential facts about your person or the purpose of your stay; (b) if the purpose of your stay may significantly jeopardize the smooth running of the business and the reputation of the Hotel; (c) if you behave in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner which could trigger a risk to the safety and health of other guests or staff of the Hotel or cause a disturbance, or annoyance to other Hotel guests or staff of the Hotel; (d) if you sub-let the room without the Hotel’s prior permission; (e) for security purposes; (f) by order of the Government or any public authority; or (g) due to an event of Force Majeure.”

    b. Clause 11.2 shall be deleted and replaced with: “To the extent permissible by any applicable law, no responsibility is accepted by Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s legal representatives or persons used to perform an obligation of Jumeirah (including Jumeirah’s employees, affiliates, partners and agents) (“Representatives”), Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates for loss or damage to any guest property which is not placed in a safe deposit box, except where such loss or damage is caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates. To the extent applicable law prohibits the exclusion of liability, the liability of Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates for loss or damage to any guest property which is not placed in a safe deposit box shall be limited to USD 3,500 except where such loss or damage is caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates.”

    c. Clause 13.2 shall be deleted and replaced with: “For the avoidance of doubt, Jumeirah will not be liable to you or any of your visitors, for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of another guest, unless such loss or damage additionally arises from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Jumeirah or our Representatives.”

    d. Clause 13.3 shall be deleted and replaced with: “For the avoidance of doubt, Jumeirah will not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations if the failure or delay was due to an event of Force Majeure unless such loss or damage additionally arises from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Jumeirah or our Representatives.”

    14.2 UNITED KINGDOM

    a. Clause 8.6 shall be deleted and replaced with: “Please be advised that smoking is not permitted in the Hotel, except in expressly designated rooms and outside areas.  We will contact you after your stay to recover any costs incurred due to smoking in any other Hotel room, including (but not limited to) costs associated with cleaning and deodorizing the room and furniture. Using bukhour, candles or any form of open flame is not permitted in any Hotel room.”

    b. A new clause 13.2 shall be added, as follows: “Without prejudice to clause 13.1, Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss (whether caused by Jumeirah, Jumeirah’s Representatives, Jumeirah’s affiliates and Representatives of Jumeirah’s affiliates).”

    14.3 KUWAIT

    aClause 2.1 shall be deleted and replaced with: “You must be at least twenty one (21) years old to make a Booking.”

    White Water Wadi

    Minimum Of 1 rider, Maximum of 2.  

    Single rider cannot exceed 120 kg, and under 50 kg cannot go on a single tube.  

    Combined weight of 2 riders cannot exceed 180kg.  

    One rider cannot exceed 120kg, on a Single or Double Tube.  

    This ride is suitable for guests above 1.1m.  

     

    SLIDE DESCRIPTION:  

    • A series of high-powered water jets propelling you uphill with twists, turns and some dow hill drops requiring riders to grasp the handles and sit upright.  

    • Guests will encounter strong acceleration and deceleration forces.  

    • Water depth at the exit varies from 0.25m to 1m. RIDING INSTRUCTIONS:  

    • Please follow all Lifeguards’ instructions and wait to enter the dispatch area.  

    • Please wait for the Lifeguard to dispatch you.  

    • Allow the Lifeguard to assist you in the proper seating arrangement.  

    • Each rider must be able to keep themselves upright and keep a firm grip on the handles at all times.  

    • Please ride feet first while sitting in tube. 

    • Lifeguards will dispatch one raft at a time.  

    • One rider per single tube, Two rider per double tube (No chains or multiples of tubes or lap riders permitted)  

    • On a double tube the heavier person must be seated in the back.  

    • Please remain seated in the tube at all times; straddling the side of the tube, standing or kneeling is NOT PERMITTED.  

    • Unruly behaviour and horseplay are NOT PERMITTED.  

    • Please do not attempt to slow down, stop, grab parts of the ride, or items on or near the ride.  

    • If the ride comes to a stop remain seated in your tube and await lifeguard instruction.  

    • Please exit the landing area immediately

    • Children above 1.1m below 50kg need to be accompanied by another rider on a double tube.  

    • Look at the ride and decide if you can safely participate. You are best judge of your limitations.

    • For your safety and for the safety of our guests, no loose items will be permitted on this ride such as cameras, water bottles, phones, bags, etc…  

    • Shoes, sunglasses or prescription lenses are not recommended on this ride.

    • This ride is suitable for guests above 1.1m 

    SLIDE DESCRIPTION: 

    • An artificial sheet water surfing environments in which a rider slides down a ramp on a board into the curl of the wave. High-output water pumps produce a stationary flow of water over a fixed, foam-padded surface. Guests will encounter strong acceleration and 

    deceleration forces from all sides during the course of the ride. 

    • Water depth at the exit varies from 0.0cm to 45cm. 

    RIDING INSTRUCTIONS: 

    • Please follow all Lifeguards instructions. 

    • Please wait for the Lifeguard to dispatch you and assist you in the proper riding 

    arrangement. 

    • Lifeguards will dispatch one rider at a time – NO multiples of riders permitted 

    • Please enter the ride in a prone position facing forward, holding the board rails. 

    • Standing on the boards, headstands and somersaults are strictly NOT PERMITTED 

    • Please do not attempt to slow down, stop, grab parts of the ride, or items on or near 

    the ride. 

    • Time on the ride is determined by management, please do not exceed the allocated 

    ride time. 

    • Please exit the landing area immediately and return the board to the entrance of 

    the ride.
